High end designer quality pieces are great, but let’s face it; they aren’t always in the budget. And honestly…high end pieces aren’t really necessary. If you can find great quality alternatives that look great then why not keep that extra money in your pocket?

In my hunt for lamps for our master bedroom, ceiling fans for our kids’ rooms, updated powder room lighting and Christmas decor I began putting together items that might be handy for you as well. Better yet, all these items are from Amazon so it’s one stop shopping and fast shipping!

With all the holidays right around the corner many may be looking for affordable dining room options. New kitchen chairs have been on my list for a little while and I’ve been looking at these spindle chairs shown in the above design board. The oil rubbed bronze chandelier is similar to the brass one I just replaced in the dining room. This set of 12 striped napkins is a great bargain and come in a variety of colors.

This summer we painted the kids’ rooms and have been implementing more grown up furniture and decor in their rooms. I still need to add a lamp, chair and some small decor pieces to my daughter’s room.

Since Christmas season is right around the corner I’m working to determine throw pills and small touches of holiday decor without going overboard. Also want many pieces to transition into the winter as well. Love this cedar wreath and the cedar pre-lit garland. The buffalo check pillow covers come in many colors but grab them early as these pillows can sell quickly.
